INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP

Provides an overview of the meditation practice and its benefits. Includes a guided meditation and tips on how to get started.

6 WEEK WORKSHOP

Provides valuable techniques, tools and practices preparing the attendants for efficient self-practice. Each session builds up on the previous introducing intricacies in layers allowing for a strong foundation.

CUSTOMISE

Provides the corporation the opportunity to devise a program that best fits its needs both in terms of content as well as duration. 

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT

Opportunity to incorporate into an internal retreat, event and/or conference as a guest speaker to introduce meditation as a concept and a practice allowing for more informed contemplation. 

YASEMIN ALTINTAS

FOUNDER

Yasemin has 10 years of experience in participating in, translating meditations internationally. In addition to leading meditations and workshops, Yasemin is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. 

 

She has extensive corporate experience in numerous fields including investment banking, marketing and business development and has experienced first hand, the benefits of a systematic and continuous meditation practice in her work performance. 

 

Yasemin strongly believes that everyone is a teacher and that everyone is a student. She holds a B.A. of Psychology from the George Washington University and an MBA from INSEAD. Currently she continues her studentship with her mentors and as a student of the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy.

An avid traveler, Yasemin has traveled to more than 30 and lived in 5 countries, making lifelong friends and unforgettable memories across the world. She feels a strong pull to the seas and the oceans which manifests as open water swimming, diving and surfing in her life.   

 

Her passion in life is to share what has served her immensely allowing for a more joyous, successful and authentic life.
